The Team Building Retreat is a weekend retreat only offered throughout the fall, winter and spring months.  Your youth group can participate in an action packed weekend to help build team work and unity within your group. 

During your weekend, your group will stay at a bunk house style lodge with a fire place, meeting lounge, beds and bathrooms with showers.  NSOM provides all your food, lodging, devotionals, worship services and equipment.  The only thing you need to bring is your clothes, sleeping bag and pillow and Bible.  Everything is taken care of for you.

Your group will be challenged Spiritually as we dig into God's work.  Your group will be challenged physically as we participate in team building adventures.  Your group will be challenged individually as you figure out your role in the body of Christ.  Finally, your group will be challenged as a family as you work together to accomplish the activities.

This trip will develop leadership skills and team work.  Get ready for the challenge!
