Mission Statement

North Shore Outdoor Ministries is a non-denominational outreach program that exists to serve Jesus Christ. As well as serving our Lord and Savior, we have 3 main components to our ministry.

1. Reach Out ~ We care about the surrounding communities and for the people who are considered “underprivileged”. We exist to provide these people with activities and projects that they normally wouldn’t be able to afford.  

2. Reach In~ We care about the youth groups that attend NSOM. We want to challenge them to grow closer together as a group. We hope to see the group begin to trust each other and serve each other. We want to provide the best / high quality camping experience possible for the youth group.

3. Reach Up~ Everything that North Shore Outdoor Ministries is about, is to praise Jesus. As we serve our communities and work within the youth groups, we do so to bring glory to God. We hope by the end of a week, that the community knows that we served them because God loves them, the youth group not only grows closer together, but closer to God and the staff grows deeper in their relationship to God.

We do what we do, because we believe we are doing exactly what God has called us to. And, we do what we do because it is a joy and pleasure to serve Jesus Christ.
